Seek First Portals
Living Stones plans to operate a growing number of websites to both demonstrate the capabilities of Living Stones building blocks and web services, and to provide specific value in helping Christians deepen their relationships and connect the Bible into their everyday lives.
The first of these is Seek First. Seek First provides two functions. The primary function is a search engine which can be used to search the Internet for general content, for sermons, and for hymns. It can also be used to search the Bible. When searching the Internet, Seek First will also present any matches from the Bible alongside the Internet matches. Seek First also provides a very usable interface for finding and reading Bible passages.
Seek First uses Living Stones building blocks for Internet search, for Bible search, and for finding and presenting Bible passages. It also uses the Living Stones Bible search and lookup web services.
The second Living Stones portal is Seek First Mobile. Seek First Mobile provides the same functionality as Seek First, but optimized for the smaller screen and lower bandwidth of mobile devices.
